Eligibility for Hospice Services
An individual is eligible under the following insurance benefits: Medicare (Part A), Medicaid, Medicare HMO (Part A), Private Insurance, Private Pay, or Workers Comp. Patients who have been diagnosed with a Terminal Illness or End Stage Disease with a decline in clinical function may be eligible to receive hospice services. Ask your doctor if hospice is right for you!
